The box showed up a bit dented, which wasn’t great!!! Thankfully, the item inside was totally fine, so no real issue in the end!!

"Didn't find what I needed"
I went on there looking for a couple specific things, but the selection felt limited. Some stuff I expected to see just wasn’t there, or maybe it was hidden somewhere and I missed it, but... yeah, I couldn’t really find what I needed.
It might be fine if you’re just browsing, I guess. For me though, it was a little disappointing, and I ended up leaving the site and buying from another place instead.

"Not sure these are made for dancing"
I wanted to like these, and maybe I just wore them on the wrong night, but they really weren’t comfortable for dancing. My feet started hurting badly after a while, so I’m not sure I’d wear them again for anything where I’ll be on my feet a lot.

I ordered this from jhiggins.net after seeing it online, and I don’t know, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid. It looked decent in the photos, but once it arrived it just felt kind of cheap in person. It does technically work, so I’m still using it for now, but I’m not super confident it’ll hold up for very long. Shipping was fine enough, no real issue there, but the product itself was a letdown.

"Same frustrating international order issues again"
I ran into the same kind of hassle with my international order again, and it’s getting tiring. The whole process was confusing, there wasn’t much clarity along the way, and it ended up taking way longer than expected. I really wish ordering internationally was smoother by now.

"Confusing and not worth the hassle"
I tried using J. Higgins, it was frustrating. The pages felt cluttered, the navigation wasn’t easy to figure out, and it took way too long just to find basic information (which should’ve been simple). A few links weren’t obvious either, so I kept feeling like I was guessing where to click. After a while, I just gave up (not the experience I was hoping for).

"Fit was off and the return terms changed"
I ordered my usual size, but the kilt just fit really strangely. It was tight around the waist but loose pretty much everywhere else, so it wasn’t comfortable at all. What made it more frustrating was that the return process ended up being more of a hassle than expected, and it felt like the terms had changed compared to what I thought I was agreeing to when I ordered. Overall, disappointing

I tried placing an order twice, and almost everything I wanted was either showing as out of stock or suddenly changed after I clicked on it. it was such a waste of time. I ended up just buying the stuff somewhere else because I was DONE dealing with it

I had a hard time figuring out the measuring guide, and it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for making sure the measurements were right. I followed what I thought it was asking for, but my order ended up fitting wrong. Frustrating because it felt like the instructions should’ve been clearer from the start.

"Okay at first, but already showing wear"
It felt decent when I first got it, and the material isn’t bad, but after just a few practices the stitching already started looking kind of worn out. It’s still usable, so I’m not saying it’s junk, but all the nice-sounding product claims don’t really mean much if it starts looking tired this quickly. I expected it to hold up a bit better.

"Felt ignored the whole time"
I went in hoping to get some help, but the staff pretty much ignored me. I stood around waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and it just got more frustrating the longer I was there. The whole vibe felt off, i don’t see myself going back.

I thought I had the discount applied, but then at checkout it was just gone. I even double-checked the code, and maybe I missed something, but it was annoying because I was ready to place the order and then the price jumped back up.

The return process was frustrating. It wasn’t impossible, and the people I dealt with were okay, but it still felt confusing and dragged on way longer than it should have. There was way too much back and forth for something that should’ve been simple. I wouldn’t say it completely ruined everything, but it definitely wasn’t a good experience for me.

"Sizing was totally off"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit like it was at least two sizes smaller. I feel kind of stupid for trusting their size chart/recommendation. The return process was a hassle too, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Hard to get a clear answer"
I reached out hoping to get a simple explanation, but the messages I got back were confusing. From my experience, if the replies had just answered the main question directly, it would’ve been much easier to understand. Instead, I felt like I was going in circles and still didn’t really know what was being explained.

It seems like a real-looking site, and the overall style feels fairly normal. That said, a few pages felt a bit clunky to me, or at least not super smooth. I wouldn’t say it was bad, but it didn’t really stand out either. Overall, it’s kind of average

I ordered from J. Higgins i’m disappointed with the workmanship. From a distance it looks fine, but once you get up close, the uneven stitching and rushed-looking details are hard to ignore. For what I paid, I expected much better quality. Maybe I just received a bad one, but I don’t think I should be stuck paying full price for something that feels this sloppy. I’m hoping the company offers some kind of refund, replacement, or compensation to make this right...
